Správa sociálních sítí mezinárodní urbanistické akce Lviv Urban Forum

I led the full social media coverage for Lviv Urban Forum 2023 — the first international event to bring together leading global and Ukrainian architects and urban planners around the recovery and transformation of Ukrainian communities.

The forum took place on 28–30 June in Lviv and gathered the people whose decisions directly shape how our cities and communities develop: mayors and chief city architects, urban planners, urban development professionals, students, and academics.

Key themes of the forum included community development strategy; creating comfortable, inclusive, and safe spaces to live in; optimizing budgets and resources for effective spatial solutions; and integrating Ukrainian and European urban planning legislation, among others.

My task was to use strategic organic promotion to draw the target audience’s attention to the event and to deliver comprehensive social media coverage — with no paid budget, driven purely by strong content and fast, on-the-ground execution.

Over three days, the program featured lectures and public discussions from five distinguished architects and urban planners, moderated networking, urban field trips, workshops, and opportunity fairs. My job was to translate that intensity online so the audience could feel the event even from a distance — fast, polished, and with genuine care.
